If you have seen a lower advertised price from a competitor website with the same item in stock, we want to know about it.

Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, free with purchase offers and special financing. We will match prices before before they are purchased.

Standard Return Policy

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

Software Return Policy
* Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unopened) * Return OEM Software for refund within: non-refundable * Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for replacement within: 30 days

This is our Detailed Software Return Policy.
Opened Retail or OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged.

Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days.

OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD.

Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

If you return any physically damaged item to DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Conditions of Use

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty is applicable to:

a) Guardtech Products purchased from DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD and its authorized dealers within Malaysia.

b) Manufacturing defects of defects arising from Normal Usage for the period of 365 day’s from date of purchase (except customer with extended warranty plan coverage). Any part replaced shall become the property of DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD.

2) In the event of failure to present this warranty card/ Invoice/ Receipt, DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD and its authorized service agents have the right to decline any warranty claim.

3) This warranty does NOT Cover those parts subject to wear and tear and will be void if:

a) Particulars on this guarantee card/ Invoice/ Receipt are altered in any manner whatsoever.

b) The Serial number on the product removed, tempered with rendered illegible.

c) The product has not been used in normal condition it was intended for or in accordance with the operation instruction of if it has not been damaged in transportation or subject to rough handling or misuse.

d) The damage is directly or indirectly cause by attack of household pets, wrong voltage, flood, fire, theft, lightning, any convulsion of nature or failure to follow operational instructions.

e) Product is being repaired, tempered with, altered or modified in any way by unauthorized person or technicians.

4) This warranty card does NOT Extend to external/internal appearances, remote control, buttons, motion sensor, out door speaker, strobe light or knobs which are not purchased directly from DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD and its authorized service agents.

5) Claim for repair/service affected elsewhere will not be entertained.

6) Warranty card/ Invoice/ Receipt must be presented when warranty claim is required.

7) DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD reserves all right to changes without prior notification.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment: DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD will not be deliver goods to customer when payment are incompleted or fake payment.

Pricing: Price are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotions: Any promotion products of DNA ASIA ICT SDN BHD will be notify via newsletter/ email/ website.
